Cancellation of an existing appointment must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance via e-mail, telephone, or text. If the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, clients are billed for the entire amount of the appointment ($130). Please note that all unanticipated or urgent situations will be considered.
